Section 10.601. Authorization to debit Compact Financial Assistance Fund
account fees.
The Governor is authorized to approve, without further authorization or appropriation, the debiting of the Compact Financial Assistance Fund account of the State of Kosrae, as established by the Agreement on Internal Budget and Finance Procedures under the Compact of Free Association between the National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia, for custodian and investment
management fees associated with that account.
