TITLE FOUR:  GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article III:  Amendment

Section 431
          The provisions of this Compact may be amended as to the governments of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States Of Micronesia and as to the Government of the United States at any time by mutual agreement.

Section 432
          The provisions of this Compact may be amended as to any one of the Government of the Marshall Islands or the Federated States of Micronesia and as to the Government of the United States at any time by mutual agreement. The effect of any amendment made pursuant to this Section shall be restricted to the relationship between the Governments agreeing to such amendment, but the other overnments signatory to this Compact shall be notified promptly by the Government of the United States of any such amendment.
