§ 7001.  Definition.

     § 7001.  Definition.
     As used in this Chapter, knife includes any knife or knives, except folding pocket knives having an overall length of seven (7) inches or less.

     § 7002.  Prohibition.
     It shall be unlawful to possess any knife or knives in any public place, except that any knife or knives used in the course of reasonable business activity carried on in a particular public place may be used in that public place by those engaged in carrying on that reasonable business during its normal working hours.

     § 7003.  Penalties.
     Any person who violates the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than 50 fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned for a period of not more than three (3) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
