     § 1201.  Chuuk State Official Census.
     An Official Census of the State of Chuuk shall be conducted and taken every 10 years by requiring the actual counting of every individual's legal domiciliary of each municipality regardless of where a municipal legal resident is at the time of such census.  The counting shall be by family in each municipality.  The Official Census shall be updated every 2 two years.

     § 1202.  Information required.
     Required in the Official Census are:  name, sex, place of birth, date of birth, legal domiciliary and educational attainment.

     § 1203.  Authority.
     The Department of Planning and Statistics, with the assistance of Mayors and Municipal officials, shall carry out the requirements of this Act Chapter, PROVIDED, except that the Chuuk State Official Census and every update thereof shall be approved by the Governor.  Allocation of public funds by the State and other governments or sources (if required) shall be based on this Official Census which shall be submitted by the Governor to the Legislature prior to the submission of the State Budget every year.

     § 1204.  First Official Census.
     The First Official Census pursuant to this act Chapter shall be completed, approved, and transmitted to the Legislature prior to the consideration of the State Budget for Fiscal Year 1994.
