Products
§1001. Sale of petroleum products.
No person shall sell, offer for sale,
or cause to be sold any petroleum or petroleum products unless such
products are sold in a can, jar, or other container which is clearly
marked and designated as to its contents. Whosoever shall violate
this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not more than $100.00, or imprisoned for not more
than 30 days, or both.
