Chapter 11. Provisions

General Applicability
Section 16.1101. Majority.
A person becomes of legal age and his
minority ends upon reaching the age of eighteen.
Section 16.1102. Parental control.
A parent or other person having custody of
a minor has the power and duty of parental control of the
minor.
