Section 6.2201.  Conciliation.

      Section 6.2201.  Conciliation.
At the request of a party to a civil controversy other than annulment, divorce or adoption the Court may attempt to effect an amicable settlement of the controversy and to that end may invite the other party to the controversy to appear before the Court for an informal hearing.  If the parties reach an agreement in settlement of the controversy, the Court puts the agreement in written form which, when signed by the parties, has the force and effect of a judgment.
