Chapter 1. Qualifications
Section 3.101. Registration as qualification.
In order to vote a person is registered in the State and in the district in which he seeks to vote pursuant to Chapter 12.
Section 3.102. Disqualification.
A person may not vote,
(1) a court finding that he is mentally incompetent is in effect;
(2) a court has convicted him of a felony and the term of the sentence has not run, regardless of whether the voter is on probation, has received a parole, or is serving the term; or
(3) he is registered to vote in another jurisdiction or has declared his domicile as a place other than in the State.
