COURT'S OPINION
RICHARD H. BENSON, Associate Justice:
The appellants filed their motion for an injunction on June 25, 1993.

The judgment in this case dismissing the appeal was filed June 12, 1992.  Damarlane v. Pohnpei Transp. Auth., 5 FSM Intrm. 322 (App. 1992).  That order is final.

The court has no jurisdiction over the subject matter of this motion.  It is accordingly denied.
